Sorry Ladies: Phil is Engaged
Jul-01-08 07:03 Filed in: Life
Via Twitter - 1:26AM EST Phil announces that he is engaged.
“Alright everybody! Are you ready for this: I’m engaged!”
I didn’t want to be the one to tell you, but Phil hasn’t posted it on his blog yet.
Let’s hope Phil doesn’t wrap his mind too much around this and forget he is releasing a live album.
Nonetheless, way to go Phil. May God bless you both.

It has come to my attention that many of you are having a hard time finding a copy of Phil’s “Give You My World” album.
I’ll admit it’s not exactly easy to find. Here are two places you can order online .
GoldUSA and The Chapel Store
Enjoy!

Portland! May 9th! Free download! Live video feed!
Finally, Phil releases some info on what May 9th shall entail. Phil says he has "wanted to do something simple and sweet and live and engaging as far as a record goes." With that said we are all invited to be in Portland, Oregon with Phil where he will be recording a live acoustic worship album. For those who cannot make this date you can go over to www.philwickham.com/blog and watch a live video feed. Actually, go there now and leave some comments regarding which songs you want to hear on this album. Phil wants to know. "I want to do about 10 to 12 on the record." says Phil. So chances are your song will be chosen! The best part is the album will be a free download to all. God knows we love free stuff. Supposedly there are more details to come.
iTunes Top 100
Recently Phil was spotted into the iTunes top 100 for the Christian & Gospel genre. His song Divine Romance has been bouncing around between #90-100. (At least that is all I've noticed. He may have done better than what I've spotted.) Way to go Phil! Has anybody seem him higher than #96?
Update: Phil Wickham is currently #76. (03/26/08)

Song found deep within YouTube
Actually my brother found the video and showed it to me. The video sadly has a very little amount of views. I bet that has something to do with there being only one tag, "phil." It's a song Phil says he "wanted to do it really rocking on the cd, but for now it's gonna be like this (slow, and gorgeous)."
